Not a great stay

I paid for 4 nights parking in the garage. They didn't bother to give me the tokens to enter or exit the garage. Told me to press the intercom and they would buzz me in. Trouble is even when exiting the garage you need a token, if you don't have one you have to get out of your car walk to the other side of the gate and press the intercom. They are supposed to be at the desk until 11:15 pm, the first night I got back to the hotel at 11:03, buzzed the intercom, no answer they had sent home early so I can't get in the garage. I call the after hours line, he can't help get me in as he was at a different hotel, but tells me they should have given me tokens and says if I can get inside to the front desk I can look for tokens. The only way in at night is thru the garage as the lock all the doors to the hotel. I walked thru the garage and up to the lobby but couldn't find the tokens behind the desk. Didn't get to use the garage but still got charged, no sorry nothing. The next day even for a hard time about getting tokens, only wanted to give me two at a time do each time I had to go ask for more, stupid. Additionally for two days the wifi was down so I had to pay for extra cell service. There were wifi systems in the hotel working just not the guest one but they wouldn't allow us to use them and somehow couldn't fix the guest one. Again didn't get what I paid for. Poorly run hotel poor guest service, wouldn't stay here again. Had a great stay at a different hotel in Munich.

Worse hotel I ever stay at, no customer service at all. NO AC we got there the first night I forgot my room keys inside no one answer the phone I have to sleep in another room until the next day. No apologies from anyone at the hotel. They only thing I like was the coffee’s.

We checked in the receptionist said the restaurant opened up at 6 pm we didn't want to travel out for food, went down at six no one was there apparently they never showed or called off, nothing in immediate walking restaurants We chose this hotel because it said it had a restaurant. We were just a little bit disappointed. We did walk in the rain. To a restaurant about 15 minutes away

Very basic holiday that is a €50 taxi ride from centre of Stuttgart. Very unhappy with Expedia as when searching for central hotels, this showed as being central

This is a good corporate hotel for the companies nearby but too far from the airport to really call itself an airport hotel. There is nothing within walking distance and the airport shuttle only runs limited hours, must be reserved a day in advance and still costs 10 euro. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but nothing special.
