Am falschen Ende gespart leider

Ich war jetzt zum wiederholten Male in der Unterkunft aber diesmal war ich enttäuscht. Das es im Bad keine Heizung gibt, ist nicht schön aber da habe ich mich ja mittlerweile daran gewöhnt. Aber wenn am Tag wo das Zimmer gereinigt wurde die Heizung abgedreht wird und das Fenster geöffnet wird, bis man am Abend wieder im Hotelzimmer ist, ist das spartechnisch schon ziemlich mies dem Kunde gegenüber. Ich bin Monteur und den ganzen Tag auf der Baustelle da freut man sich schon auf ein warmes Zimmer und dann sowas! Frühstück ist ok halt Nix besonderes. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr modern eingerichtet zumindest die, die ich bis jetzt hatte.

Great location! Easy walk to Ludwigsburg palace and Pumpkinfest. In shopping district and next door to the mall. Lots of dining options! The staff were friendly. The room was clean Good for a weekend. Parking is in the Mall garage. The only con was no lift so, travel light.

Cozy in Luwigsburg

Photo of hotel tells you it is located in a pedestrian area. Difficult to find from the street. Room was European comfortable and quiet enough. Remember, nonsmoking hotels are not the norm. Private bath as ordered with TV and dorm refrigerator. Centrally located Ludwigsburg as needed. Breakfast was great with traditional variety each morning.

Weekend away

We stayed to be close to the largest pumpkin festival at the palace grounds across the street. And the beautiful shopping mall is out the front door! Oh Using GPS it'll say your destination is on the left and you will not see it see it. it's on a sidewalk that doesn't allow cars to pull up to the front so you have to park on the street or go to the mall parking and walk around to the door. A great burger place around the corner! While we were there the lady was so nice and spoke English and was very helpful. she said they also put heaters in their"interior patio"area which is cute and cozy, but no views. There are apartments too. Some rooms around it might not like the socializing noice in warmer weather. The room did need some dusting along the walls/windows, since the height. I saw cob webs. 🕸 Bedding seemed old, carpet too. We didnt have breakfast. It was good, but no views. I might look around more at hotels if we go again to this area.

Amazing Staff!

Amazing hospitality and accommodating to our furry child, a golden retriever, perfect location for restaurants, a mall across the walking only street, and a short walk to the Ludwigsburg Castle and floral gardens. We utilized the courtyard for beers while I took an online class, and they delivered the beers to us. Terrific staff, they even upgraded our room for free with out asking. We will be staying there again when we visit the Gardens again! And we cannot wait!

Room was clean and staff is nice and great location but there was no free bottle of water and no free parking as advertised on the hotels.com website. I ended up paying 15 Euros for parking on an overnight stay.

All I have to say is do you research! Hotels.com did not say we would be sharing a community bathroom!!! There were 3 options for a double room, but nothing telling us the differences but the price, should have looked on the hotels website! All in all the stay was acceptable.

Charming, elegant hotel in center of Ludwigsburg

This is a small hotel with friendly staff. The hotel is a short walk from shopping and sight-seeing areas. The hotel has a modern, elegant feel, it is charming and very different from big hotel chains. The breakfast was also wonderful.

Great Ludwigsburg location with parking challenges

Parking is not provided by the hotel but guest-paid parking is available at nearby (100 ft.) MARSTALL shopping mall garage, which is accessed from the back side of the mall. However access to the mall garage in the early morning (before 9:00 am) and late at night (after 10:00 pm) is challenging since the shopping areas of the malls and its elevators are closed and garage access from the hotel requires navigating a maze of stairwells.

Not bad but I don’t recommend for business travel

Probably very nice for holiday. Not good for business. Check in process is strange. Only one WiFi device is allowed and they don’t tell you. Nobody is available from 9 pm to 10 am so if you need anything you are out of luck. That being said, the room is clean. Again, it’s probablh fine if you don’t have work to do.

Great location,clean hotel, but check-in was rough

It was a great location, the hotel was clean and the room was fine. We paid more than I thought it was worth initially, but we booked last minute and after arriving we found out multiple festivals/events were going on and the city was packed which explained the elevated cost. Our one issue was hotels.com said the reception was open daily from 7am-11pm, but everything was locked when we tried to check in on Sunday. There was a sign on the door saying to call a number and when reached we were told the key was in a mailbox outside and we’d have to go in the back. We were able to get in eventually and had to pay the next morning when we left, but the front desk wasn’t open then either and we had to call again. Staying here would be fine, just make sure you confirm check-in time first.

Great place to stay for pumpkin fest

Hotel was very clean with extra large rooms. Great location, close to town center and local attractions. Walking distance from parking garage. Only problem for us, they have one hairdryer for all the rooms, and it could not be found. Not a big deal if you had not just washed your hair and going to spend day outside in October. Otherwise great place to stay.

Fresh - new - conveniently located

Located steps from the three story shopping mall in a pedestrian only area. Hotel has permit to let cars in for loading and unloading, however, that is not clear in the listing. Very comfortable and a convenient to trip to Ludwigsburg Castle.
