This is a so-called self check-in hotel with no on site receptionest. The hotel did send out email few days before, but the detail about the no on site reception and you have used code to access parking garage, elevator and your room is buried inside the email attachment, I am also going to argue the attachment looking unimportant before it was opened. I reserved 3 rooms and 1 room has malfunctioned access code, I have to call then get a person on site to help. They did come and resolve the issue after about 1 hour, but I think the hotel should do more to warn travelers about its unique setting. My room is clean and functioning but it has no desk whatsoever, please add one!

My husband stated this was the best hotel he’s ever stayed it! Views are spectacular, breakfast every morning was amazing, bed was very comfortable, shower was great, and the storage was plentiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only issue is it was hard to find the entrance on a Sunday evening since the hotel is just the top floor of an office building and the sign is very small. We called and the staff greeted us in the parking lot to help us. Great experience, would highly recommend!

Nice and clean boutique hotel within walking distance to most downtown activities. Free parking is a plus.

Nice, very basic hotel room. Very clean. I wish they had a shelf or two in the bathroom to store toiletries.

The staff was very warm and friendly and a pleasure to work with! The hotel is so conveniently located to everything!
