Villa Rooms were mediocre black dirt kept falling from the ceiling onto the bed which would leave black marks on the white linen, linen for the bed wasn't cleaned had stains on the pillow cases, Aircon only worked half the time, Breakfast don't get me started on the breakfast eggs were half cooked, the bacon tasted like metal very poor selection pretty much the same thing everyday. Swim up bar had very little pre mixed drinks always ran out, Cocktails tasted like ethanol. all in all experience you could find better for the price.

Great location, staff very friendly and helpful, good breakfast, room clean bed comfortable, easy access to pool

The view, the pool, the service, free breakfast. All perfect for a relaxed getaway. The drive and location are a bit away from the city center, but that's not even a downside in my opinion. It keeps the noise of everything else out of your experience here. You have some music playing here and there but overall, you're just lounging and listening to the trees, the birds and the river far below. Stayed in the private pool room and only used it once though. I would say the infinity pool is enough for the stay, unless you want to do some "private" sun bathing.

great property , great stay a must ...........

At no stage of booking the hotel were we aware that there were no lifts. On arrival we were placed on the top floor. As my wife struggles with stairs because of arthritus this was a non starter for us and we were going to leave. They found us a middle floor room which still involved 2 flights of stairs and told us if a ground floor room became available we could have it. Gurss what it never did. We made the best of it in the end but would not have booked had we known. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
