I arrived late night so i did not see the host. But as soon i entered the room had bad smell but ut was 11 pm and decided to go to sleep. Next day i told somebody and he called maintenant on the radio to fux the bad smell toulet was leakig. I came back late to the room and they did not fix the toulet leaking .i went to talk to " management " they said that it wil be take care.i came back late again the room smell bleach but now the toilet leaks and the sink. Very desapointed of management and it is clear they did not care about the costumers. Yes they offered me to move on the last day but again I arrived late again . I do not recomend anyone to stay here. It just happened that i used to work on the best hotels in Los Angeles area so I know how hotel business works.

Hotel is beautiful, staff friendly, great transportation accommodations.

This place was absolutely great! The beach is just steps away, the pool was big and clean. The house had everything that we needed. The host was very nice and gaves us lots of tips where to go eat and what to see. Additionally, they are partnering with Casa Maya Resort which their guests can visit for free which is a great perk. We will be back for sure!!!

I loved this place! It is beach front, the deck is huge and amazing with great views of the ocean, pool is nice with a great bar. The unit is very nicely decorated, clean, spacious and had (almost) everytying i needed.The only problem was that the washter and dryer were not working (we really needed it). Also there is a weird 3" step at the entrance and I kept tripping on it, and one person in our group actually fell hard because of it. That step should have a warning or paint or something to make it visible. Other than that we had a fabulous time here.

It is a little tough to get to the place… but once you are there it’s all worth it. A paradise in the mountains with great views of the city. Great staff and beautiful landscape.

Staff was nice

Staff couldn’t have been nicer - must have been 25 people working there. Photos were pretty accurate, it is a collection of surf shacks, and bathrooms in each reflect that (low pressure, limited hot water if any), but I would stay there again for sure. Do not expect to be able to walk onto the beach, smooth rocks, but all rocks - could put your feet in with water shoes. The pools and environment are great, and breakfast is included. Hard to beat that. Overall the staff won me over - low budget and solid choice, would be a great place for hosting a guys trip

Casa 1800 Suchitoto was phenomenal. The staff were so kind. The bed was so comfortable. The food was soo good. We will definitely stay here again.
