Staff at reception was very courteous, deficient & friendly. A breath of fresh air these days. Cleanliness in pool area however was very poor. Big chunks of hair everywhere around the pool. Approximately 5 different boys were continuously jumping (water bombs) and no respect for otjhers. Only one of these boys was accompanied by his parents.

The only ‘negative’ aspect was initially being given a room directly over the main foyer access doors. The every 5 seconds hum and vibration of the doors was very disturbing. However when I approached the reception desk rep she was happy to move us to another room which was a bit larger and more comfortable, as well as far from these distractions.

Je m’attendais à mieux. Déjà en entrant, ça sentait le chien mouillé. En plus, c’est à cet endroit que le déjeuner est servi. C’était bof. Et le petit déjeuner, c’était assez ordinaire. Les chambres, c’était ok mais avec du tapis partout, c’était pas propre et sentait pas bon. La douche avait de la moisissure. Je ne crois pas y retourner.
