My biggest issue with this property is that there were no blackout curtains in the rooms. There was just a sheer curtain but nothing behind it. It was so bright in our room all night and I could barely sleep. There is also a smell to the hotel that I couldn’t get passed. The pool was closed until further notice. The coffee machine at breakfast didn’t work. Overall, I wasn’t impressed. I would not stay here again.

The room was large but the bathroom so small I could not be in there with my child to help them with going to the toilet. The bathroom and carpet and table in the room were visibly dirty.

Disappointed with the lack of advertising that their pool and gym is not functioning, when in fact it IS advertised that it is operable. Would not have chosen this hotel if we knew the pool wasn’t working for our little ones.

Good Downtown Location
Good location downtown and a easy walk to the arena, restaurants and shopa. It's a bit dated but clean with a good breakfast buffet inlcuded.

We were looking forward to the pool but it was out of service for the weekend we were there. Breakfast was ok but not wonderful. Shower and sink in the hotel bathroom had some drainage challenges. Overall we left happy but it wasn’t perfect!

Room wasn't clean. Carpets were dirty in the room and bathroom had hair built up in corners. Furniture was very run down. Bathtub had mold all over caulking. You could tell the place hadnt been cleaned or maintained properly in a long time. Also pool was out of service.

The staff was excellent, beds were not very comfortable Pillows were old and flat bathroom had mildew in tub Could not get any room delivery no one answered my call when I tried to get the front desk- had a hard time trying to connect to internet and the area did not feel very safe

No bedside access to plug outlets for cpap machines, had to sleep wrong end to reach plug, wet carpet into room by patio doors, wall paper bubbling off wall, bathroom door shredding at bottom and covered with paint, carpet under bedside table not vacuumed, room service not available- pick up at restaurant only, room was freezing cold on arrival. We had chosen Radisson based on room service due to having driven four straight days from Calgary having left our son in his new home and we were exhausted. We just wanted to chill in the room with food and warmth.

I walked into my allocated room and I got hit by an over powering stench of stale urine. The Supervisor on duty did upgrade me to a King size room, but that room was dirty with mold in the shower. I was here about 6 months ago and it wasn’t this bad. Also, wandered out of the breakfast room with my cup of coffee as I wanted to drink it in my room as I had some work to do. A staff member followed me out of the restaurant and reprimanded me like a school boy and told me this was not allowed. Ridiculous! I am not staying here again. Very disappointing

The website indicates they have a hot tub when in reality they do not and have not for a few years. Carpets are worn,we had to change rooms due to a foul smell. Key cards were changed 3 times due to malfunction. Rooms are very outdated,beds,etc. I would not stay here again.
