The room was dirty. The bath mat was supposed to be a cream color and it was full of black mould. Towels were stained and dirty looking.

This hotel is fine in most ways, but it is getting old and we noticed that the outside building needs some work near the entrance. Some of the towels and bedding are old and need replacing. It is cheaper than most other hotels in the Sudbury area, but it could use some upgrades.

We checked in, they had given my initially booked and paid room away so we had to get another one. We got the key to it, the key didn’t work. We went back to the front desk to get another, again it didn’t work, the front desk agent met me half way before going to the desk for the THIRD time, brought a different key back for another room due to a faulty lock on the room. Got into the other room, the walls were dirty and stained, the sheets had blood and yellow stains on them, the decor in the room was broken, the towels were stained. We advised the front desk agent we would like a different room as it was very dirty. He was so kind about it, and very nice and helpful. He moved us to a different room, the room was very outdated and old, but cleaner than the previous room. Only issue with the room was that it was dirty, but not as bad as the previous one and they had mouse traps set up around the room. At this point of night (2am), with no other rooms available we had told our kids to pretend we were camping (they hated the mouse traps LOL) to top it off, I still have not received my deposit from the place. I definitely will not stay here ever again, but the front desk agent that was working at the night time was so kind and nice so the stars are for him.

The bed had stained bed sheets, and my husband was itchy the entire nite,couldnt sleep well, the bath tub was clogged, tried showering and water keep overflowing, couldn't have a decent bath, and i was charged over $300 for this room!!! never again ! certainly stay away from this hotel, not recomended.

Pros - Room had a fridge, microwave, and seating area. Staff were friendly. Check-in/check-out didn't take long. Cons - The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. My back hurt all night and I eventually moved to the couch just to get some sleep. They were extremely stingy on towels and pillows. We got a room with a king sized bed and instead of providing king-sized pillows, there were 3 small pillows that were the size of a decorative pillow you would put on your couch. Three tiny pillows for a king-sized bed... It was very bizarre. I do not recommend this place. An extra $20/night would probably get you full-sized pillows and a sleepable bed.

First the washroom sink is clog my daughter called front desk and the staff gave her an attitude when my daughter told her the issue also my husband complain that the toilet bowl is like a rocking chair when you sit on it it is unsafe it could break anytime and can cause an accident

This is a horrible hotel, 3 vehicles were broken into on the night we stayed, August 6 2025 The room was filthy, the bathroom had hair in bathtub and sink, there were no towels in the room, the ice bucket lid had food residue on it, there was a burn hole in the duvet, hair and some sort of black bits between the sheets, I thought it was some sort of dead bugs or bed bugs on one bed, the hotel stunk of old cigarette smoke, there were drug dealers in the parking lot dealing drugs in broad daylight, it’s very scary. I could not get a refund and there were no other hotel choices free in Sudbury. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. This hotel should be shut down or at least warn customers about the dangers of staying there.
