Nice place for the cost
This was a nice enough hotel, interior was clean and well maintained. The exterior landscaping was a bit overgrown and there was garbage littered in the grass but overall was good. The room was nice and clean quiet you didn’t hear any neighbors. There was a hockey tournament and the hotel was busy you didn’t hear them. Would definitely stay again.

Dont stay here . Very dirty
It was ok other than how gross the room is. It is dirty. The sheets are dirty and the shower curtain is gross. Around the toilet is dirty Blood on comforter. Didn't sleep was afraid of bugs.

When we got to the room there was sand under the pillow and the hand towel in the washroom was dirty. Not a great start. The front desk clerk moved us to a different room, when we opened the door we got a strong smell of garlic. We couldn’t stay there. So when we went down to switch rooms again, the front desk clerk went to check the room first. It was clean. She also upgraded us to a suite for our trouble, which we appreciated. When we got to the room all was well. The room was clean. The beds were super comfortable! The shower pressure was great. The Front Deck Clerks were very friendly and helpful.

Furniture not up to a good standard
Krysten (don’t remember spelling but she was on duty from 3 to 11pm). Was helpful recommended restaurants and what to do in Sudbury. I think that the hotel is a franchise of Wyndham but it certainly needs a good update. Carpets and furniture well used. I showed front desk a pic of chair in our room. He replied that maybe a dog or cat did this. However the manager should have had this removed a long time ago.
