There were a group of female teenagers running up and down the hall for most of the night and in to the early hours of the morning. They were screaming, laughing and banging doors. Didn’t get any sleep at all. Reported to the desk! When you pay for a room you expect by 11 pm or even midnight for people to be quiet.

One baby crib available at time of stay. This crib had visibly never been cleaned before. Stains on the mattress and sides of playpen and an unpleasant odour to it. Asked staff for replacement or some kind of cleaning (wipe down). Staff said they have no one available to clean it or any products available for us to clean it for us. Unable to use for my 9 month old. Picked this hotel specifically for this convenience and amenities advertised. As well the tv not working staff stated would need to call provider east link as they can only fix it. Every channels stating availabile shortly and not loading. Guide channel not loading. Dirt stains in bottom of tub. Not what you advertise at all…
