Our room was clean and more than adequate, room size good. Dining area clean and large. Breakfast well staffed, minimal but nice.
Staff were curteous but ceratinly not friendly.
Little noisy with kids running up and down the hall and knocking on the door till just after midnight. More inconsiderate parenting than a hotel issue though.
I would recommend and would stay there again.
There's no ELEVATOR! You need to carry your luggage up to the second floor! All movies are blocked on the TV and only 11 movies are available on pay-per-view! Staff were excellent! Breakfast was edible (ham disks and egg disks were ok but sausage "patties" were not good....use real sausages) No dark roast coffee...only mild. Room was clean and not too noisy.

The property is clean, but showing it's age in places.
The property said wheelchair accessible but if you did not ask for a main floor room then you would get the second floor but no elevator??? Not great. Having said this I had booked a 2 queen bed room which they only had on the second floor, my mom uses a walker so could not accommodate. They were able to give us a room on the main level with one queen bed and a cot in a pinch. Perhaps the website should be more specific.
The view from the hotel restaurant is great, especially when the leaves start turning colours.
The room I stayed in was clean.
However, the walls seem a little thin and you can generally hear when your next door neighbor is taking a shower.
Simple place to stay with no extra frills. Had limited TV channels, and the included breakfast was very basic. Staff was very friendly. Totally fine for a night if you're passing through.
Everything very good except it is a two storey hotel with no elevator. My wife and I are seniors, both with ailments. No help was offered to bring our luggage to the 2nd floor. Otherwise, very good
This hotel was spotless and very comfortable. I’m pretty picky when it comes to where I stay when travelling and this hotel ranks one of the best. I will stay again when in Sudbury. My husband had surgery and could not navigate stairs and the staff there did what was best for him.
