Friendly staff and pet friendly hotel. Free breakfast buffet, great spread....Our room had a large tub with jet water. The rooms were quite large, nice furniture, but blank walls and no art, just a bad print which had nothing to do with the loyalist theme.

The staff were wonderful, friendly & welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was great, fresh home cooked, no fake eggs. The TV in the rooms needs to be higher up because the beds are high but super comfy. Very clean & I love the pets are welcome!!

This property needs a little TLC. From the weeks in all of the gardens, to the cleanliness of the public areas. The website advertises on site restaurant, however the restaurant is only open certain days.

Our stay was very nice. They offered a number of options for breakfast. Very friendly stay. We left our coats and they went out of there way to ensure we received them at our next stop. Wonderful visit.

First stay that used cutlery and crockery not plastic. Had to leave a couple of points with reception re shower and state of curtains, hopefully they rectify. Staff were very pleasant and helpfull.
