Great Reception
The receptionist at check in was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! After travelling 11 hours in the road in rain and sleet it was so nice to be greeted by a wonderful person! The room was clean, efficient and comfortable bed.

The only downside was a picnic table employees and others were using as a smoking table. It was right outside the entrance and when someone was smoking, guests had to walk through the smoke. That did not reflect the overall quality of the hotel. It made it feel like a cheaper, less classy and clean place. Otherwise, the facility and property was great.
