We had a wonderful stay at Ferma Art Hotel! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Baku, close to the main attractions and the Old City. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We especially loved the atmosphere and stylish design of the hotel. Breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Baku — we would definitely stay here again!

Room was not available when we turned up, had to book elsewhere. Staff were friendly and helpfull but the alternative room in a very not nice building opersite was not acceptable at all. They could have messaged us during the day or contacted expedia, rather than us turn up in the evening to find no room available.

It was very good experience in this hotel. Staff was very helpfull and kind. Location of hotel amazing on main street it make easy to find hotel in Old city. Because inside of old city as labirint. Breakfast was great local foods.

Modern and Grand. Recommend!
