We had to take multiple showers with barely warm water. There was only 1 time in 2 days we had a hot shower. We dreaded taking a shower because we ended up cold. We also had an accessible room. The shower has no shower head in the wall. While that accommodated my husband, it didnt me. So, the showers could definitely use improvement. The beds were comfy and it was clean.

The hotel is going through renovations. They seem to be taking the cheap route and just covering up bad areas versus upgrading and improving. Upon arrival, I had to go back to the front desk because my key was not activated and instead of correcting my issue immediately, I was asked to wait until she checked it others. The walls are paper thin and every little sound can be heard hich makes relaxing impossible. The workout room was unavailable. The parking lot was filled with construction equipment and it was raining and pot holes made it hard to find a park. I will definitely try to find an airbnb next time.

From the moment that my wife and I checked in, the desk clerk , Marsha, knew me by name from previous times that we stayed there. Renovations have been ongoing. The he floors have been replaced with luxury vinyl tiles. New carpeting throughout the hotel. The exercise room was off limits as the upgrade is not finished. Breakfast in the morning is a good starter for the day. The location right off I-95 makes it easy to get off and then get back on the highway. The hotel is within walking distance to a fabulous Mexican restaurant, Jalisco. A brand new gas station with a convenience store is located next to the hotel. The only downside was in the bathroom. The shower curtain were not long enough into the tub. This necessitated taking a shower very carefully so not to have water on the floor.

Everything was good and up to Hampton standard. The accessible shower had lower water pressure and took awhile to get hot. Breakfast options were decent, but I've had better at others. Bed slept very comfortably. Area was good and safe. Overall, we recommend!

Extremely friendly front desk person. Nice, clean room. Coffee was good but please lose the western omelettes! They have ham. No hot options for vegetarians. Please also think about all the other groups who cannot eat ham: Jews, Muslims, and Hindus.

We understand the property was in the process of being renovated. But, it is not difficult to maintain standards in the meantime: We found a dirty toilet, non-functioning telephone, bathroom door that caught on the tiled floor and required effort to close........and this was on our initial stay of Aug. 28-29 as well as our return stay of Aug. 31-Sept. 1, when we were given the same room [with the same issues]. Please do better. This experience was terrible.
