too far from Yeosu, lovely views though.
The room has a door to the outside and a little terrace with table and chairs. The view is amazing. The problem with the place is that the location is so far from Yeosu. I wouldn't recommend this for someone without a car. A taxi is a little hard to obtain and costs about 10000w. The buses are infrequent one to two hourly and the last bus comes back around 9pm. I include a photo of the timetable for the village down the road. The buses are a few minutes either side of this depending on the direction. It takes over an hour by bus in one direction and about 40 minutes in the other. There is nothing locally. There is a convenience store nearby, but I never saw it open. perhaps the owner had a holiday.
I thought the communication with the owners was lacking. I never spoke to them in person once (despite ringing the bell). The door was wedged open for my arrival but there was no code given for the door, so I had to call them, which was a problem because I don't speak Korean well and they don't speak English well. It was very quiet and private though.
