I am very upset with this hotel, I left my wedding ring in the room and they said it wasn’t there. I know for a fact this was the last place I wore it. Very upsetting I’ve called several times. Plus the rooms smell horrible like cigarettes would not recommend

We all got bed bugs in this hotel. Dirty bed and carpet. The scariest and worst hotel we have ever experienced.

The staff was nice but not overly friendly. Checking in took forever. We had already paid an extra $10 on Expedia to book a dog friendly room and they insisted we still owed an additional $10 fee for our service dog. In addition, they required a $75 dollar cash deposit that we were not prepared to pay and felt a little extreme. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but we heard people going up and down the hallway all night. Price was good but this would not be my first choice in the future.

Ants n spider bites
Sugar ants galore. We woke to them next to our heads all over the nightstand some on walls and pillows. And major spider bite on my leg the second night that i woke up with. Don't know what kind of spider but it hurts, it's red. It's a big hole and I swelled up my leg. And the pane is about 2 to 3 inches out from the hole. Bite. I reported to the hotel and they are gonna put that room out of commission for cleaning and services. But I have not heard anything to recomcompensate for anything for the 2 nights that we were there.-
