It was fantastic except that the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. There were some hair on the floor and a strand in the toilet. So not a great impression. But otherwise the room, wifi, breakfast and location were excellent value for money.

Overall, the facility is good, but my experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. When I had issues with my key card, the staff member responded rudely, saying, "HEY, did you put your phone or credit card near the key card? Everyone knows you can't do this." Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they chose to blame me rather than acknowledge potential flaws in the key system. A more helpful and courteous approach would have made a difference.

Affordable, clean and safe. Comfortable bed and good quality towels. Good breakfast but the hotel could provide real cutlery and coffee cups to cut down on plastic and paper waste.
