Very disappointed! This place had good ratings but it was far from it. Everything is run down, ripped shower curtains, cracked floors and furnitures, broken safety locks on the door. Just awful! Food from breakfast tasted like plastic, very unnatural. Overrated.

On Saturday 10-25-2025 around 2 pm I asked the front desk if its ok to ask house keeping for some fresh sheets and towels and if not it would be ok, but front desk said “sure” and that “it wouldn’t be a problem” but it didn’t end up happening. I also wasn’t aware that I was going to get charged $150 for 2 days of parking, but whatever I guess. Also the toilet seat in my room was broken.

Room did not feel clean & was outdated. The carpet had lots of stains & felt so dirty I didn’t feel comfortable taking my shoes off. The restroom was outdated & the toilet barely had any water in it. Breakfast was underwhelming. Scrambled eggs felt & tasted watery as though they added water to it. The rest of the food is just as flavorless & unappetizing. The cherry on top of everything was our last day, checkout day. The hotel provided a 2”x2” “do not disturb” magnet to place on the door frame. I placed it on the door frame the first night we arrived & didn’t move it the entire time. The sign was acknowledged on the first day we were there; however, on checkout day we thought we would be able to sleep in since there are signs all over the hotel stating check out is at 12 pm. In the hotel room there are two signs stating the checkout time is 12 pm. At 8:41 AM I hear a knocking on the door, waking me up as they would NOT stop. They knocked several times for at least 3 minutes. I opened the door and it was a man part of the cleaning staff who just said he’ll come back later. It was super irritating to be woken up by the cleaning staff when we had placed the do not disturb sign on the door frame at eye level. But I reasoned with myself and told myself he probably just didn’t see it since it’s so small. Then he came back at 10:30 am telling us we need to checkout soon. We felt rushed & very annoyed. This has never happened at any hotel I’ve stayed at. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Carter at reception offered excellent service. The general manager was great as well. My son needed to print additional copies of his resume for an interview he had nearby and the manager offered to print on nice card stock paper. We will return again!

We arrived very late and had no problems getting settled in. Staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate us. We had to spruce up a bit when we arrived, but that's the new normal (post covid) no matter where you stay. They never quite made it to our room the second evening to change the sheets and give us the fresh towels we requested. We had to ask again in the morning. They honored our request for a late checkout, so it shakes out. The restaurants in the area were top notch; we had Korean that was excellent. The TV and room could have used a bit of an update--there was a literal hole in the wall in the loo that kind of made us uncomfortable. Overall, though, it was nearby the concert venue, quiet and comfy. We had a great time and no one bothered us. A microwave, bottled water and a tiny electric tea pot (with a few bags) would have made everything tip top! We would stay again if in the area.
