Lady at the front desk begin friendly making small talk, then started getting rude and disrespectful. Arrogant and belittling, they made me feel uncomfortable about using towels; threatening to take my deposit if I got their cheap towels dirty from a basic shower. Delusional owners, I guess they thought they were owners of a Hamptons franchise or something rather then the old outdated, cheap (towels, bedding), cockroach ridden building they are invested in. Horrible stay, will not be booking again. Do yourself a favor and look for lodging elsewhere.

It was 745pm and we were on our way to the hotel when i got a call from the hotel wanted to know if were coming. Im 62 yrs old paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair. We are to pay at the hotel i guess my card got declined and i was going to give him a different card but my husband is drving so i asked kf i can call him back and his respond was he'll give me 5 minutes and was very rude. I told him i needed help to get to my wallet and need to pull over and why is he being rude? He said our reservation is cancelled and dont bother to show up and hang up on c me. That attitude was uncalled for. We checked in on other hotels later than 730pm and was not a problem I WILL NOT STAY THERE EVER!!!

The sleeping area seemed clean, the air conditioning worked, and the staff at the counter was welcoming and kind. The bathroom was a nightmare - plastic pealing off the toiled seat and paint peeling off the door, the tub grey without a working plug, the mirror distressed, the towels stained and thin and scratchy, with a landlord special paint job. It was hard to trust that the bathroom was clean because it was in such disrepair (and the staining on the towels).

room given to me was occupied, which shocked both us of when I opened the door... they then gave me another room which was not remodeled, clean but very old, and the people next door kept me up all night, so I had a terrible sleep

Great for the price. It is an older property but it was far better than I was expecting. Staff were nice, room was quiet, couldn’t beat the price. I’d stay again for sure
