Rooms at this property are outdated and not cleanly. There was food under the bed, bits of the ceiling were falling down in the bathroom into the sink and AC did not work in our room. Pool area was ok- pool was large. But pool deck felt grimy. If you’re looking to use their sauna- don’t bother as it didn’t get hot/steamy. Wouldn’t recommend staying here

The room was very dirty, the tv didnt work, it looked like there was blood on the ceiling, the bathroom tub had a large chip in it, and the bedding was stained. The front desk staff was nice. Way to pricey for what we got.

This hotel has seen better days. Hallways are dark, furniture is worn. Rooms have a musty odor. The grill has decent food if you don’t want to go look for a restaurant after a long day traveling. View is nice from the front of the property. The landscape is in need of care. I was hoping for a better experience for the price.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub after a long days drive. Loved the marina nearby and our view of the water. Only negative was the people sitting and standing at the front entrance smoking.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. It was clean and well maintained. The staff was awesome! My only complaint was the wall lights in the room. They were very difficult to turn on and off. I struggled to get the little button to operate the lights. I would definitely stay here whenever I visit Duluth.

Would not recommend or stay again. Place was filthy and outdated. Our room smelled like an old mildewy basement even after we had to wait to check in because they were still “cleaning” it. The exterior and landscaping were not taken care of at all. Staff was friendly enough but no professionalism in how they presented themselves or the hotel.
