Not too bad

It’s a nice hotel and off the beaten path from downtown Superior. The staff was friendly and the bar made a decent pizza for a late night dinner. The pool area is open late but I was really disappointed with the sauna, which was trashed with wet towels thrown about and not nearly hot enough. I would suggest the hotel staff make a few passes around the pool area especially on a Friday when a lot of locals bring their kids to enjoy - and trash - the place.

Loved the pool area, nice there is a balcony you can sit and watch the kids. Check in was smooth and the front desk was so extremely friendly! Clean rooms and a very nice experience. Nice view of the marina!

The guy at front desk was very nice. The hot tub could have been warmer and there were not any pool towels. It is advertised that there is free continental breakfast as well. Beds were very comfortable.

Staff were great but the hottub wasnt working and that was one of the main reasons why we booked the room. I would stay there again, decent room for a cheap price!

The first room I was in was dirty, window seal was broken, smelled of mildew, flooring was stained and the door frame was broken got transferred into a new room and there was hair in the tub and in the bed. Hot tub was down (website said it was down until 14th arrived on 28th was still down ) my keys had to be swapped out because they didn’t work. Restaurant was just as bad as rooms: waitress was rude, food was overpriced. Breakfast was burnt. Would never stay again

The pool was closed and my nephew was pretty upset, if there would have been a heads up about the pool, it would have been better. Overall, I would absolutely stay there again.
