WR BOUTIQUE HOTEL
While the room could use some updatung, everything else was stellar, including the public areas and staff/service. Surprisingly wonderful breakfasts and dinners in the restaurant. As with the rest of the city, one has to watch out a little when walking around the area.

The place was not functioning. It was closed. Nobody opened the door. We waited 35 minutes outside. No answer. We were left to find a new spot on a Saturday at 9 pm with 2 children.
