An exceptional hotel
The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. They were always ready to provide assistance, especially when it comes to the bags and luggage. They also have a cafe outside the hotel lobby where guests can dine in. They serve breakfasts every morning for a few hours and there were various kinds food. Wi-fi was excellent, as we can connect to it even from our rooms. The room was clean and aesthetic. The shower was powerful which is good for a long day's shower. Heater was on point as well. On top of that, the housekeeping was top notch as well.

Nice budget hotel with excellent breakfast service
This is our 2nd time staying in this hotel. Just like our previous stay, my wife and I found the staff were still very friendly and helpful. All of our room requests were also promptly served. In addition to strategic place that close to nearby local eatery, this hotel also provides afternoon refreshment free of charge. Simply put, we were satisfied with their services, facilities and location. During our stay we also met with the hotel manager, Mr. Didik Abadi, and the main chef, Mr. Mario Wiguna. They are very courteous and willing to listen to some inputs from the guests. Kudos to Mr. Didik who has led the hotel staff to do excellent service. Kudos also to Mr. Mario and his team who had prepared excellent breakfast with different menu everyday. They are also willing to go extra miles to meet our wish when we asked them to cook something that is off the regular breakfast menu (such as klepon, italian pene, etc.) Truly, this is a nice budget hotel. Keep up the good works!

I only stayed overnight, so I can't say too much about the area. The staff were "efficient", but not exactly warm. The room had no window, which I was not aware of at the time of booking. The quality of the room was "okay"; the bathroom was very small. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Reasonable but with moderate facilities.
Pretty well in the city centre. be aware that there are more hotels with the same name in the city. this is the one mentioned in the Lonely Planet. although thelocation on the map in the last edition, 2016, is not correct.It is about 1 km more to the west at the intersection Bubutan/Embong Malang. They do not have a restaurant or bar. Only a 24/7 roomservice. They do not provide any alcoholic drinks. Rooms are decent but not really special.
