The bathtubs are way to narrow!!! I thought I might get stuck but thankfully I didn't. I dont like where the toilet roll holder is placed. to far to reach. Beds are very comfortable.

We stayed here on our way to Shasta and it was great. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the bed was so comfortable. The room was very clean and the bathroom had everything we needed with great products. If we're ever in this area again, we'd definitely stay here.

We were not told that the casino and bar were shut down at check in. Reunion weekend with a lot of people staying. Staff should have told us at check in. Bathtube small, if you're fat you wont fit.

We had a wonderful time! Such friendly staff, especially in the casino. We didn’t like the smoke smell that permeated everywhere. Wish it was a non smoking casino, or at least smaller smoking section. Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable. Great shower with water pressure!!

The property was convenient for us as we were visitng family that lives nearby. The room was clean and spacious. The overwhelming smell of stale smoke that accosts you as you enter the lobby is absolutely awful for those of us who don't smkoe. Thankfully, the room did not smell like smoke. I know that the casino allows smoking, but the smell is my only criticism.

Good Place to Stay
We've stayed there several times over the years. It's still a pretty good place to stay. I think it's one of the best in Susanville. Seems a little tired. We do like having the restaurant on site and the food is pretty goo.
