Has really went downhill
Room was eh. Beds were like a rock. Coffee maker didn't work. Food left in mini fridge. While walking the dog at 9pm I was offered to buy drugs from some guy looking for Chris. There was nothing else with rooms available so we had a very restless night sleep and got the heck out of there.

It was cozy and the furniture was homey but modern felt like it was my own little peaceful oasis. Slept so good because it was such an ease getting in to my room and just turning on the tv. Definitely was the easiest check in and check out I’ve ever had as well

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - RARE:0)
BEST STAFF EVER! I accidentally booked the wrong day & arrived a day late! The front desk agent was AWESOME & spoke to the manager & they credited us the booking so we didn't have to rebook & pay again! That kind of service is absolutely unheard of these days!! :0) We are so appreciative of their goodness & will pay it forward :0) The room was large, very clean, comfortable king bed with a huge TV with tonnes of good channels, microwave, mini fridge, great vanity area & a little breakfast table as well :0) Spotless bathroom with a nice bath which I soaked in after a long drive :0) Shopping close by with a pub with food in the same courtyard. Excellent customer service & staff & wonderful place to stay <3

A nice clean room
Our room was clean. I even went over the countertops and dressers with a sanitizer wipe. And it was clean. Yes it is dated, but they really did put some effort in the nice furniture and the bed is very comfortable.

It was just "okay". It was a quiet night, with a comfortable bed, very good shower head. The drain in the sink was broken. The standing lamp was detached where the bulb screws in under the shade, but I was able to piece it back together, one of the bedside lamps (sconce) broken as well, and it didn't turn on at all. Both that lamp and the coffee maker were unplugged when I arrived, but both lamp and coffee maker were broken. When I went to return my key and tell them of these details at 8:30am the office was locked, even though the sign said it openend at 8:00am. So I just put my keys in the drop box and left.

So this is what I would call a decent motel for a decent price. The inside was about what you'd expect in terms of fit and finish, but the lady at the front desk was nice, and it's pretty clean. I only stayed for a night on a road trip, and for that, it served it's purpose. Pet fee is $15, very reasonable. Location is right at a big intersection, so you hear a lot of trucks rumbling through at night. Overall for the price, it's fine, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
