Great service and very welcoming

Very well located and closed to many restaurants and amenities. Staff were very helpful.

The staff at Hotel Maximus were extremely polite, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. They were by far the highlight of our experience. The room was surprisingly spacious for Rome, which we appreciated. However, it was not as clean as we expected. The biggest drawback was the location. Although it is relatively close to the main train station, it is far from most of Rome’s main attractions. The neighborhood is not very tourist-oriented, and we didn’t feel particularly comfortable walking around at night. One evening, there was no hot water for showers, which was very disappointing after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, we found our stay disappointing, even for a three-star hotel. While the staff were excellent, the location, cleanliness, and hot water issue significantly affected our experience.

The Hotel is in an excellent location, the staff at reception Giuseppe (both of them) were very helpful. Everything worked very well with respect to the hotel rooms, high ceilings, brand new renovated rooms and bathrooms compared to other hotels nearby. At no additional cost , you have little Aperitivo everyday .. The only complaint (not really a complaint but an observation) - is the breakfast can have a few more items like healthy cereals..

Beautiful hotel! Clean, strong air conditioning, great food, and a beautiful courtyard for breakfast or night caps. The room was spacious and comfortable. Located 2 mins from many bus lines and trains. Would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Rome!

Muy limpio, muy buena ubicación

Great Hotel we stay two nights before return home . Only 15 min drive from fiumicino airport . Beautiful rooms and great restaurants located on the hotel where you can enjoy the fantastic foods . This hotel offers a nice pool and bars service personnel very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend
