Once upon a time in Suzhou...
At first, I realized I booked the wrong Pace location, although it was easy enough to catch the metro two stops to the other location. The staff were helpful in guiding me to the correct hotel, and offered to change if necessary (I figured better to stick with the reservation). Once settled, the new staff were also kind, though difficulty speaking English! Room was decent and clean, and breakfast delivered to the door each morning. I would recommend Pace to other travelers!

I come here regularly. Friendly place with helpful staff all round. Good breakfast and coffee. Reception is friendly and helpful with a special mention to Nicole and Summer for assistance.

It was actually surprisingly really nice. Close to the subway, malls, family Mart and the garden of nets. The breakfast was really good to. I really liked this hotel

Location: The hotel is located near Panmen area. There's a metro Line 4 (Nan men station) and the bus stop nearby, making our travel around Suzhou very convenient. Check-in: The staff are very friendly and showed us to our rooms. We book a Elite Double Room and a Triple Room for our family. It's extremely delightful when the staff informed us that we were upgraded to the Deluxe Family Room. Room: We love the design of the room. Plenty of space to lay out luggage. Though there's no closet for clothes, clothes hangers were provided. It was fine since we only stayed for 2 nights. Would love to see a hanging space inside the bathroom as well because we couldn't hang our clothes when showering. Our favourite part is the TV with a lot of updated Hollywood movies. We had fun catching up some movies after a whole day out. Breakfast: simple yet sufficient with both Chinese and Western choices Laundry: the laundry area is at level 2 near the restaurant. This is very useful for us travelling with kids. They have both washing machines and dryers. Overall, this is a very pleasant stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The Pace hotel staffs are nice, hotel room is clean . The bed is comfortable. We stayed there two nights. Completely satisfied with this hotel service. We like this hotel much better than the hotel we stayed in Shanghai. (Don't want to mention the hotel name here). We are going to book this hotel again if we come back to Suchou

For the price you paid, the hotel delivers very good value. They are clean, comfortable bed and close to subway station, at the nice big avenue as to small old streets. But most of all, their staff are excellent, especially when problems arrived to you, they make sure they solve your problem as soon as possible. That is an indication of a good hotel staff. Plus their breakfast is great.

Hoewel de kamers klein zijn heeft het alles zelfs een koelkasten en de beste bedden die we ooit in China aangetroffen hebben. En het ontbijt is goed met zowel Aziatisch als westerse gerechten. Ook handig is het metrostation op 200 meter zodat je daarmee snel van en naar station kunt reizen,
