Reasonable
A very dated room though bed was clean and comfortable. Room had a strange smell about it, like it had been painted recently , which I found unpleasant. Bathroom was very small with hardly any space to move around. Served our purpose well.

Was well placed easy to find, good reception on arrival very informative, parking vehicle was tight, room was clean but needs upgrade. Shower over the bath issue re mobility, and rails on outside access steps to assist in mobility would be good.

Quaint hotel, just what we needed for a stop over. Everything we needed was there, the rooms were a good size, fresh linen provided, nice view of the bay. Good information about the town and where to eat at reception.

The bed and pillows were so very comfortable, room was clean and fresh. We appreciated being welcomed early. The roses blooming were lovely. It is a little dated with shower over bath
