Room neat and comfortable. Did not make contact with, 0r see, h/k staff. We booked some weeks ago, and noticed the website listed a restaurant, but on arrival found it was only opened at weekends. Had to go out for dinner (after a long days driving) and out for breakfast. Would probably find elsewhere to stay if we go back to our East Coast.

The Waterloo Hotel is in a most magnificent location with spectacular views of Great Oyster Bay. We were warmly greeted on arrival and our room was spotlessly clean and a reasonable size. Bed was comfy. Opposite the hotel is an outstanding restaurant - Alimento. Do try it. Recommend The Waterloo as a comfy, good value option in the glorious coastal region of Eastern Tasmania.
