Hotel is clean but double bed was two singles pushed together (different heights) and room was very cold. Generally in poor condition as well - fire plan was hanging off the back of the door!

The only redeeming features of this hotel were that the bed was clean and comfortable, and the staff were lovely. The condition of the room was terrible, I did not want to walk around without something on my feet, the carpet was disgusting. The bathroom window didn’t shut properly so the bathroom was about 15 degrees colder than the room. Breakfast, whilst free, I sent it back, it was cold, dried up and just bad. The waiter knew it, he recommended a place opposite that did a good breakfast. I don’t usually complain, but I stay in around 30 hotels a year and this one was remarkable for all the wrong reasons.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Within walking distance to shops. The hotel is near to a couple of halal restaurants which is really great for us. Will definitely stay at this hotel when we next in Swansea.

Lovely staff and great location. Breakfast was very good, room was clean and tidy, only downside was the single beds. They were far too small, had to lay on my side and if rolled would fall out of the bed. Not very comfortable, but everythi g else was very good.

Arrived yesterday 23/11/24 was given room 317 which was smelly and very worn and extremely shabby. I was moved by my request to room 417 which was marginally better. No hot water for a shower! Breakfast was another issue no sausages or bacon for 20 mins and electric heaters positioned everywhere which looked so bad and a hazard. Won’t be returning and advise anyone thinking of booking DONT!!!!

Nice hotel and I'd stay again.
Hotel appearance is good, reception staff very nice and friendly. Our room and bathroom was clean and the bed very comfortable. I had an excellent sleep. The colours it's decorated in were nice and love the Welsh red theme. Only thing I'd like to point out is the double bed was two singles pushed together and his mattress was higher than mine.
