Nice stay for the price

The service desk employees were nice and friendly. The only thing I would complain about was the upstairs neighbors were loud. I know next time to request top floor. Other than that, it was nice, clean, and for the most part quite.

Good beds and quilts. Very good breakfast. The room felt old - not up to Hampton Inn standards. Shower curtain rod was SO rusty, sink was not in good shape, TV was really small, a big spider in the bathroom, lots of bath towels but only 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths, no lotion provided. Front desk attendant in the evening was so unprofessional - he kept wanting to prank my husband and I kept saying no. We were not happy with this experience at all.

2-5-25 Stay at the Hampton.

TV is too small and the remote worked with some difficulty. There was no hand soap so I had to use the shower gel every time I used the bathroom. The toilet flush got stuck couple of times.

The shower curtain was absolutely dirty. The shower in general needed a really good cleaning. Thd window curtains need to be cleaned or replaced. Bed was comfy. Was sheets and bedding were clean. Checked really good after seeing how the bathroom was. Its an older building but it doesnt meantl that it has to be dirty!

Not impressed

The hotel rooms we were given were very shabby. The sheets were stained yellow in spots. The sink counter had a crack. The second room we rented that night had trash left in it. The shampoo was almost empty. The staff were nice but the hotel itself was shabby. There was also a rude man who came in and was rude to the breakfast lady. He obviously wasnt a guest and it made me worry about the safety of the hotel.
