Yes room was neglected. TV didn’t work and when asked about it nothing was done by staff. Pay good money for a room and it seems like too much to ask for a clean one with a working tv.

The room was spotless and very comfortable! The location is convenient to the highway, the hotel was quiet. Everything you'd want a stop along the way to be. The real standout feature, however, was the staff! they were prompt, professional and very friendly. We felt very welcome and very well looked after. Highly recommend!

We have been staying at the Comfort Inn in Swift Current each time we have returned while house hunting and then while moving. We love staying here. The beds and pillows are so comfortable, the rooms very clean, they allow pets and have outside access from our rooms on the main floor so easy to walk the dog, and to park outside our room.The coffee is just delicious! Very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast is more than a continental.... potatoes, sausages, eggs, waffles and all the other goodies to go with a good breakfast. Highly recommend!!

Fairly run down and not very clean. It was late November and the unit in the wall shot cold air most of the time. Fridge plugged into a power bar which was switched off despite room to plug into the wall so we only turned it on after our stuff got warm.

one bed lacked a box spring, so it was like sleeping in a hammock. Heating lacks thermostat control, so it is either ON or OFF manually. Very limited counter space in bathroom. Breakfast-NO microwave, NO herbal tea, limited sitting space in breakfast area; seating outside eating area in lobby, so cold and drafty.

The room was incredibly dirty, we found old used napkins behind the night stand, there were various pubic hairs in the bathtub and there was SO much grime on the shower drain that when we cleaned it it was black on the napkin. Those standards are unacceptable, and I should have asked for a refund at the site. We took pictures of the grime as well. Disgusting.
