The property sits right on Route 611. It was beautiful to look at but don't look across the street. There is a small building with a hole in the roof and a blue tarp right next to the hole. Next to that is a Dunkin (doughnuts) Behind the hotel is a giant wall and hillside. This is not a resort! This a hotel with two Restaurants $$$. They had no black tea to drink hot or cold. My wife's dinner came out cold. Sunday we were out of the room from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and our room was not serviced. The workers were very attentive and tried to make things better. My wife did enjoy their pool!

The facility was nice and staff were good. Other guests were noisy at 1 AM and 6 AM. Location is on the side of the road. The advertisements do not depict it properly.

This is a brand new property that has been impeccably designed and built out. It’s far above the standard for other hotels in the area. The outside is not great on a state highway, but once inside, that fades away. The bar and restaurant are outstanding. Heated pool and pool area are very pretty. The staff is very well-hired and well trained. They are cordial, helpful and it was extremely impressive. Plenty of nice things to do in the area—the concierge will tell you where to go. Will definitely be back!

The staff here was exceptional! Kenneth greeted my family with a luggage rack before I was able to come out of my car! He ensured everything all day was amazing! Kudos to Kenneth, he made my family feel like we were at home. Note: I gave the cleanliness a bad review because there was blood drops on the linens, in three locations, so that was not good at all. The staff addressed it immediately and replaced with all new.

For a very new hotel, The Swiftwater has already made a great impression on me with it's beautiful and style. The staff are absolutely some of the warmest and helpful bunch of people you'll know. The in hotel restaurant can be pricy but the food is worth it!
