Unfortunately our stay was horrible. Toilet flooded…twice 😳. Second time was so bad we had to change rooms. They did not seem apologetic rather seemed annoyed and confused as they have “Toto” toilets that are never supposed to clog. They over charged me for both room service and at check out, so check your receipts. It was a beautiful room design, shower design gets floor pretty wet, but I did notice they really want their design to be high end. I did receive a resolution in the end with them regarding over-charges, but I am still waiting for those amounts to be deposited in my account as my bank tells me it’s being held up by them. If you are booking with Expedia as the "pay later" option, they charged me at time of booking!

We had a wonderful stay at the Swiftwater. The decor was beautiful. The heated pool was a plus. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel. The food was delicious. You have to drive outside of the resort to find things to do but this hotel is perfect if you just want to relax in peace.

We were so excited to stay here and our visit was immediately soured by our initial interaction with Heavenly at the front desk. She was extremely and shockingly rude and when the manager called she was also unhelpful and made the situation worst. I expected better service from a newer hotel. They definitely have kinks to work out. Also the rooms are not sound proof and the radiators are very loud. The pillows are firm and not so comfortable. It’s upsetting that due to the front desk and manager our stay started off on the wrong foot and afterwards just soured the experience.

Not what I expected
We checked in and our room was not ready until 5:30pm after having to follow up several times. There is also an undisclosed policy that doesn’t allow kids in the pool past 5pm. Will not be returning. It’s a nice hotel but they lost my family with this policy.
