Hotel was clean staff helpful first room I was given tv keep tuning off and on was moved to another room the heating system is terrible it’s a large blow heating system you turn it on it’s so noisy as soon as you turn it off temperature drops very cold windows full of water really need s upgraded

The hotel and staff were excellent but I would point out the food needs to be hotter. We had breakfast and some evening meals and on all occasions the food really wasn’t hot enough. Nothing wrong with the food just needs to be hot not warm

I recently stayed at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Swindon and encountered some issues with the room amenities. Initially, I had to change rooms because the fridge in my first room was unplugged and moldy. Unfortunately, the fridge in my second room was also unplugged. After plugging it in, I found that all my items were frozen solid after 24 hours. This was quite inconvenient and disappointing.

Everything was great with this hotel the only thing that let it down was the restaurant it is overly expensive for what food it has to offer. Not enough selection on the menu. We booked a table but walked out after seeing the price and how bad the selection was so we went to the local pub.

The swimming pool was closed to all guests and my lovely room 128 had a very terrible wet carpet smell as you went through the front door plus plenty of broken wall tiles and a cracked toilet and basement and all you get at the front desk is we are so sorry for that so I will never stay at this delta hotel again 2 star

Could not fault the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. All of them went above and beyond. The hotel was comfortable but a little too hot for our liking, even though we turned the temperature down in our room. The leisure club was nice but definitely needs a refurb as it's looking a bit tired. Food was delicious - evening meal and breakfast. Would definitely return.

It is a good place. It is clean and have ample parking. The staff were friendly. The rooms were nice and big. Given the location, it was not easy to find a lot of choices for dinner. We also booked for the pool, which was a major disappointment. It was so busy and the water was cloudy. Breakfast the next day was packed and a bit chaotic.

We had a comfortable stay at Delta Marriott Swindon. The suite was spacious, though the living area lacked natural light. Breakfast was average, but the bar had a great atmosphere for pre-dinner drinks. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable overall.
