The hotel itself is very nice, room are very average for merriot .need a little updating . Tiles in the bathroom need to be grouted. Staff are polite Ritesh was very helpful and welcoming at reception.The spa and swimming facilities are very good.

Great location, comfortable and spacious rooms. But seems to be a bit dated and needs refurb. Reasonable price. We found the pillows quite soft and not to our liking and could have been a bit firm. The location is really nice and short drive to some of the amneties and town centre. Near to some of the cotswold villages

The room was comfortable & clean. There was a wide selection of food for breakfast though very busy, noisy and awkward to access things due to the numbers of people, needs more organisation. The swimming pool, sauna and steam room were great. Enjoyed it. The drainage in our sink didn’t work, we’ve informed the hotel. We think it’s a rip off for hotel guests to pay for parking, £7.50 per night. No biscuits in the room, that’d would’ve been a welcoming touch. Would stay again.

The property is advertised as 5 star hotel but definetely is not more than a 2/3 star hotel. The room was dated, bad odour in the room, bathroom fan not working and toilet roll hung wrong way round. The gym was like a public leisure centre and the hygiene was very poor. The staff were not pro- active at breakfast time in re- filling empty buffet pots/dishes. We had to ask the staff to replenish on a number of occasions. I would like a full refund as the pictures when booking does not describe the hotel when you see it!

Family fun.

They have a buffet style breakfast with lots of options. A pool, free WiFi. Parking, spa and gym. A lovely place to stay.

Lovely hotel shame about scandalous parking fees!

We traveled as a couple as part of a longer journey. The hotel we thought was ideal for our stay. It was clean, well maintained, and very good leisure facilities. The only problem was parking. There was a £7:50 charge for overnight parking. We saw laybys outside the hotel that we could have used for free. We did hear other people complain about the scandalous parking charges too.

Extremely dated hotel. Room was a mismatch of furniture. Window wouldn't open and air con didn't work. Only 2 pillows on a double bed. Additional power cable plugged in for USB charging by the bed with the brightest blue light. Had to put one of the pillows over it. No mention of car parking charges when i booked but £7.50 to park the car overnight. Very disappointing.
