The hotel is well located easy to get around in the city. We were very disappointed that there was no parking. We found that very frustrating. We came from a long way the Hunter Valley We kept asking for parking which was first come first serve we did not know that Very convenient for people who came on public transport.

I enjoy my stay in APX . The location is very accessible , near to shops and everything is in walking distance. There are plenty of food options. The room we had is spacious and clean , the bed is little bit tough but apart from that everything is ok.The aircoon is good. The receptionist is nice I forgot his name , and it's really helpful that they allow us to leave our luggage while waiting for the check in at 2 pm . We had to comeback three times which is quite tiring because the room is not yet available. The location of the hotel is a bit tricky in the side but still I will definitely comeback and stay again in this hotel. Thanks for the awesome service.

Arrived had to pay a property deposit that will be refunded in uo to 5-7 days, not explained when booked. Over priced for parking for parking, when there was a pay station 50 metres up the road for for a much cheaper rate . Arrived in room stain down one wall, mould in shower, roachroaches in the draws and scattered when lights turned on.

Comfortable & spacious in the middle of Chinatown.
The property is a little old and the furniture is old and run-down too. However, the size of the apartment is adequate and the location is outstanding. There are probably a couple of hundred places to eat within a two minute walk. My stay was for only two days but I will definitely stay here again for a longer stay. The price is right.

Housekeeping was non-existent - multiple times things I requested at Reception were not brought up to the room in spite of me being told housekeeping would drop them off eg in an hour (two hours I requested again and then at the end of the day - some 9 hours later I went and collected myself. ) TV reception was also poor. Location is great except noisy and seedy at night. Value for money with room - spacious and comfortable beds.
