A six night stay in Sydney. Arrived at hotel an hour early but room was not ready so went for a coffee. Came back hour later but room still not ready. Hotel is very convenient for sightseeing in Sydney. Handy to tram & walking distance to most things. Room was equipped with good cooking, washing machine & dryer. Problem with TV but they attempted to fix. Would stay there again for a visit to Sydney.

Not a pleasant stay.

Arrived early midday, expecting not to be able to be checked in. Left my suitcase and went shopping. Arrived back at 2.15, 4 people being checked in, then another 2, then another 1 then another 2, then another 1, before I finally reached the counter. Only 1 person checking people in. When the young man tried to check me in, my room wasn’t ready, I was not happy as I had been walking around the city waiting for check in. 2.55pm, he called me over saying my room was ready. My first night, I went to have a shower, the shower door was jamb, water flooded all over bathroom floor. I had to throw a towel down. I reported it on my way out, around 8.30pm, was told he would record it for maintenance man. Had another shower in the morning, towel was still wet from previous night. Reported it again at counter. Maintenance man came to fix shower at 4pm.

Quite dated rooms however the worst part was having yellow stained bed sheets. Stained carpets and old towels. Just avoid until they clean up.

Great location.

Very good sized room with kitchen and balcony. Nice clean room. The location was great right near China Town and public transportation. Coles and liquor Land across the road in world square. 7 minute walk to Central Station.
