We had a really nice time. The only comment would be that the steak was really really small for what we paid for. Also the steaming room could be renovated.. sauna, pool and gym were great!

Awesome hotel. Check in staff member was very unfriendly. Bar guy also wasn’t overly pleasant. Rooms are very spacious and it’s a brilliant location for the city.

The location is great. Close to restaurants and all sites. Walking distance to Sydney harbour and The Rocks. The staff was very friendly. The pool was huge and appreciated on a couple of rainy nights. The bathroom needs a refresh. Clean the grout in the shower or add new grout. The cleaning staff need to be more thorough. But I would say this about most hotels. Overall it was a lovely place, great location, friendly staff.

Everything was great! Super spacious room! Only slightly annoying thing was they tried to call me since I didn’t get the daily clean due to DND sign up, but they only called for a split second several times in the day so I wasn’t even able to answer it in time! Didn’t need any supplies but I just couldn’t reach the phone lol. Staff super nice and well mannered.

The place needs a little bit of renovation especially on the bathroom place & also the room needs a little bit of natural light . Too dark The hotel should at least provide some toiletries like toothbrush & toothpaste as other hotel provide .

The hotel was centrally located and great position. Parking onsite which was ideal. Check in was good but no mention at all what we were entitled to. Check out staff member was disappointing, no acknowledgment of stay and staff looked overworked. Didn’t mention what was owing or anything just said we will charge ur card of anything owed. Seemed strange. Anyway because of the VIP status not recognised will not be coming back

Friendly staff, but lifts were a major liability. I don’t know how many were actually working, seemed to be only 1? & that was after unacceptably long wait. The sign inside listed that the maximum passengers is 20. We had 8 & 1 children & couldn’t fit any more in.
