The staff are very good, helpful and very polite. I didn’t like the noise from the elevators operating during the night or the music and noise from street level. The pool facilities are great. Lovely bathroom. Bedroom looked quite outdated.

Nice hotel .. shocking room service .. $9 service fee on top of meal cost and meals terrible ! You have to order via a Q code app and if meal or quality wrong or not acceptable.. nobody to complain to .. reception not interested and you cannot contact chef or kitchen directly. Would never recommend or stay here again. I logged an online complaint but made no difference .. no answer !

Extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Property itself is heading towards being a bit tired. A couple of maintenance issues such as fridge not working and blind stuck in tracks. Overall I’d still go back, even as it is, due to staff and location.

The hotel is average, service is not 5 stars. The pool floor was so grubby, when I raised it they say they clean to pool every week, they obviously don't because it doesn’t build up like this in a week. The cleaning for room during the stay was average. I find it ok to stay, great location but clearly not a 5 stars overall. The bar of the hotel was average, wine served from old bottles, when I question the freshness of the one, the barman said it was just opened, not knowing my expertise in wine. It was so disappointing. The location is really good but hotel just average.

The location of the hotel is great! It's convenient to walk or tram to upper and lower city. The pool was heated at a good temperature that is comfortable to swim in even during cold weather.

Greeted by friendly staff, room was nice, TV did not work, jad to call for staff to look at, problem fixed. Great bath and shower, bed a liitle hard. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Parking included was a bonus.
