First time I've tried Expedia; I have stayed at the Amora on many occasions previously. A booking date mistake was made at the time of data entry - tried to rectify within 5 minutes; was told the booking could not be amended or cancelled - will never use Expedia or Amora again (and i spend over $10k AUD per month on travel & accom)

I won't come back to this hotel.
The lift of the hotel is very weird. Close up very quickly and the button for lift doesn't work efficiently. The room doesn't offer complimentary water. No desk in the room.

Not really a five star hotel. Certainly not up to expectations. Lots of coach party tourists. Breakfast a bit so-so. No coffee machine in room. Furniture chipped. One lift not working all week.

Room was tired and needing refurbishment. The bathroom needs the tiles to be cleaned particularly the grouting heavily soiled by water stains. Ironing board broken and iron unable to set appropriate temperature on setting. TV remote unable to change volume. Paint work walls around windows needs attention.

The Wifi at this Hotel is very slow. 7mbps was the best you can get. I requested better and was willing to pay for upgraded Wifi but was told this was not available at the Hotel. in 2024 I expect better speed than that.
