Great location & looks great in the photos, but pretty poor in real life. The rooms had poor sound insulation. So, you can hear the doors opening & closing. The room had a musty sweat smell. The outside of the bed topper was a little sticky & the pillow case had a slight yellowed stain. The common bathrooms were very dingy & dated. Glad the sheets were clean & the 2x towels I got given were plush & soft.

Good value for location, clean and functional. Power in room was not working, staff did not call anyone to fix it and did not offer a discount or another room. I was able to charge my phone in a common area but this was not secure. I would stay there again as its well located clean and comfortable but Id insist on checking the room first.

smallest dodgy bathrooms ever
smallest grubbiest badly laid out bathrooms ever, rooms decent, clean and ok, just a bit shabby - you get what you pay for and fine if you are 5 foot tall or under….

Location is great, BUT.... The bathroom was fixed by a petulant teenager. The ties are croked. There are pipes on the floor and holes in the walls. The sink has a grinder knotch in it. I can't tell if they used 3 colors of grout or if the bathroom had never been properly cleaned. It was gross to touch with bare feet. The rest of the room was nice. Staff are friendly. The sheets are clean. But the toilet is dodgy. The room holds 6 (with fold out couch), so good for a party bender in Newtown but it is up 2 flights of stairs, so avoid if you are a pensioner or in a wheel chair.

It's fantastic for the price and great location. How ever if any feed back I could give is if you could get different sofas and lounges for the lobby as the ones you currently have may look nice but definitely not comfortable at all. :) staffs great as always

Great location in Newtown, rooms are on the smaller size and the property is getting a bit dated. If you're after a bed and shower, this will tick the box. About a 10 min walk to train and Enmore

I booked and paid for a triple room for 3 adults but was charged an extra $45 at check in because we had more than 2 people. The price was extremely misleading. Additionally, the room didn't have a hand towel for the bathroom and the shower's hot water took forever to come through. Wouldn't recommend this one.

Great if you need somewhere to stay if you are seeing a gig at the Enmore Theatre. All you need is a bed and yes pay the extra for a toilet and shower in your room. Great location for dining and thrift shopping. Staff were polite. Lobby nice and comfy. I would stay there again.

For a budget Motel, it wasnt bad. The room was clean, with fresh towls provived each day. There wasn't too much noise from the street during the week. But over the week end, there was.
