Would love to recommend this place, but then it will become popular and harder for me to book into... So I wont mention the clean rooms, comfy beds or friendly staff. I wont mention the quiet leafy surrounds right on the edge of the city, and harbour. I wont mention the wonderful pubs, cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Would love to mention its our favourite place to stay in Sydney, but I wont 😉

Great place, even if it’s a little pricey
So nice. While it’s a little pricey, the rooms are super quiet and the beds are good. Laundry is also cheaper here to do compared at hotels of similar price.

Great room and it was clean and tidy but for $380 a night, it would have been good to have an air conditioner that worked. It was just blowing air so made the stay uncomfortable to sleep. We got in late so weren’t able to tell anyone and when we did the next morning, nothing was really done about it.

There was a lot of mould in the bathrooms, the room overall wasn’t very clean. Staff were pretty gruff and didn’t provide any of the bonuses we were meant to get with the booking
