Had to ask for additional towel for a group of four people only got three , pull out couch was terrible to sleep felt springs in back and asked for a solution and was given more bedding instead , was not already set up in room upon arrival had to do it on own

Room was good - comfortable bed, VERY spacious (we had a 1BR suite. Staff was nice. Overall a bit of a dated feel. Outside of the boardwalk along the waterfront, the area wasn't particularly great - seemed a bit depressed.
