This property is very dated and in need of serious upgrades. When we checked in for a five night stay the receptionist said that they would only do a full room service on day three. Other days they would leave extra clean towels and emerge waste baskets. They never came. When we checked out, they said they would store our luggage in a locked room. To our surprised when we came back to pick up the luggage’s, it was left in an open area by the elevator.

The room was spacious and clean,the bathroom was a bit cramped with no door on the shower just a glass panel. The king bed wasn't, it was 2 three quarters pushed together,leaving an uncomfortable edge down the middle. Overall nice.

Initially upon first inspection the room appeared clean however upon a closer look I discovered that the property was not as clean as first thought. A teacup plate in the cupboard had visual remnants of food on it that had been put away, the skirting boards were extremely dusty, and the powerpoint next to the left hand side of the bed was broken and pulled out.

It was close to Central Station which was what we need .The white tiles in Bathroom had mould in grout& build up of soap around shower door.

No welcome letter with wifi code upon arrival. No extra pillows and remote had run out of batteries. The sink in the bathroom was filthy. I'm not sure if our room wasn't properly prepared by housekeeping or something, but it wasn't great. When I asked reception to bring me an extra pillow, I had to remind them half an hour later and then it was another 15-20 minutes before someone finally came to deliver. Other than this, staff were pleasant enough and it was close to everything. It's an okay choice if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep without bells and whistles.
