Wow. Wow. I booked this property based on price, but I had no idea on how I would be amazed by the staff. Mohini was a stand out. Attentive, helpful and just downright amazing. The staff at the restaurant in the morning were also amazing. I’ve stayed at many hotels but the personalised service here was exceptional. Well done! I will be back!

No water bottles, no toothbrush, nor slippers provided despite this is an airport connect hotel. There's also some weird and bad small coming out of the toilet and we had to keep the door close otherwise the whole room stinks.

Overnight hotel connection in SYD

A convenient budget option near SYD airport. Check in is on the top floor but poorly indicated. Late check in was greeted by a less than enthusiastic employee. The airport shuttle needs to be prepaid and never arrived at the scheduled time so I ended up ordering an Uber. The room was clean and functional but the hotel had no facilities. Fine for an overnight airport connection but not much else.

Overnight stay for early airport departure

This is a great hotel to stay for an early airport departure the next morning. Plenty of Uber drivers close by so we didn't need to use the hotel shuttle.

Perfect airport stopover

We stayed here for 3 nights before flying home and it was a perfect location. Close to the airport without being on site, an Uber cost us £10. Close enough to Mascot train station to get into the city easily. Great staff, breakfast was good if a bit basic but it was fine for what we needed and pretty god value all in all

DO NOT STAY HERE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. After traveling for three hours, we arrived only to discover that we had accidentally booked the wrong night. To our dismay, we were informed that there were no rooms available, and we would need to contact Expedia for assistance. This situation was incredibly stressful, especially since all communication with Expedia had to be done via text. In my frustration, I approached a staff member to inquire about the availability of another room. When I learned that there were indeed rooms available, I was relieved and asked if we could pay the extra fee to stay. However, the manager on duty, Grace Nygeun, was incredibly rude. She interrupted the staff member while they were addressing my concern and was dismissive of my situation. Despite acknowledgment that it was an honest mistake, she showed no sympathy and insisted demanded we pay full price, with no possibility of a refund. I have never encountered such unhelpfulness in a hotel, particularly during such a stressful time, as we had a very early checkout scheduled for 5:30 am the next morning. As a result, we ended up paying $425 to stay at an BUDGET HOTEL. I hope that your hotel will take this feedback seriously, as it has left a lasting impression. I would advise potential guests to consider alternatives, such as the Stamford, Crown Plaza or Ibis, which are in close proximity. Expedia were misinterpreted and I believe that is due to the disrespectful manager on charge at the time Grace

The property wasn’t as close to the airport as described online; definitely not walkable with luggage. This is not a 5star hotel. However, the room was clean and they offered a customer-pay shuttle service to the airport.

Staff were rude, rooms aren’t maintained (tiles in my bathroom were lifting). I had two additional bookings but the hotel wouldn’t let me store one suitcase overnight between stays so cancelled the rest. Nice rooftop space if you need it but if looking for just a bed then do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
