The rooms are beautiful, clean and safe. Concierge is professional and knowledgeable but very, very slow. I would prefer an online checkin with a simple"key" pickup/dropoff option.

AVOID! Very very very poor service. I have stayed here several times for multiple nights during the week and they are losing a repeat client as their service has gone really bad since previous. Room absolutely stank of sewerage on arrival so had to change rooms. Breakfast paid $40 each day in my booking. After waiting 40 mins for breakfast (which I paid for) I asked how soon it would be ready and they said another 15 - 20 mins. I requested dinner instead of breakfast and they refused and said all they could offer was a free drink even though they didn't supply breakfast which I paid $40 for. I tried to explain this to them and they would not help Don't answer phone calls at reception or restaurant from the room, rings out or hangs up. Wouldn't do anything apart from tell me what they couldn't do. Nothing to offer to fix the experience. Also no parking deals. Nothing onsite, only parking options nearby are a complete rip off. No utensils in rooms. No salt or pepper. Lifts are very slow Asked for a low floor but they put me on level 22 The manager was going to email me but heard nothing. Badly run - useless awful service. AVOID!

Totally no parking. If you want parking have to pay more than 65$.parking is scam is not for 24 hours if you park 11 pm to 7am you have to pay more than 140$ but if tou move your car before 6 am is 65$ is not 24 hours parking. Have night parking charges morning charges and more different charges so totally not recommended with car ......Wilson parking..... is scam so don't go for parking there. But hotel is good

This is a nice hotel, let down by its staff. Reception staff are terrible. No interest in the guests, no effort or offer of transport or directions on check-out, no apology for extended wait for check-in. Didn’t give me 2 keys despite me asking. Wanted to put me in an accessible room until I complained. I didn’t get the VIP offers my booking included. Avoid this property!!

I’m writing to express my disappointment with my experience upon checking into Citadines North Sydney for a 12-day stay. When I arrived, I was dismayed to find the room in an unacceptable condition. There were unwashed mugs and glasses left in the kitchen area, the entire space felt dusty and poorly cleaned, and the TV remote had flat batteries — a small but frustrating oversight. Given the length of my stay and the reputation of the Citadines brand, I had expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my first impression was far from welcoming. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the experience for future guests.

The hotel was clean, warm & the lifts worked! The bed & pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. My one gripe with cleanliness was that the dry towel folded beneath the sink unit was sodden & stained. I thought it was the sink leaking, but after close inspection it had been used, folded & put back! Luckily my travel friend had a disposable towel in her suitcase that I was able to use.

New property, reception on level 5 which is odd and not best signage. Elevators to floors take a while. Slow process to check out of a morning if busy.
