The tv didn’t work and the room intercom did not work if you need to call, but it worked to receive calls from the receptionist.

Was initially sceptical after reading some reviews, However the reception staff were pleasant and helpful. As stated by others the rooms could do with a facelift , Other than that no complaints whatsoever

Booked last minute and lucky they had a vacancy. Surprisingly good value. The place was clean and well maintained and the person who greeted us was professional and friendly. Would stay here again and can recommend. Parking is (only) available if you pay extra.

Convenient and self-contained. Better than expected, considering being at the lower end of the price range. Simple but adequate, and even provided microwave and plates/bowls/cutlery. Easy transport access and after hours access. Mild smell to the room on first entering, but no worries after turning on the aircon.

The property was outdated but clean and comfortable it was also conveniently located on a major road close to public transport and within easy walking distance of a good sized shopping centre and restaurants.

Don’t stay in the City
I’d stay here again, but would make sure I specified the roof not on the corner of Parramatta Road and Balmain Road. The hallways give a false impression of the place being quiet, but the road noise was quite high in the room I had. Great location though, even if you’re from out of town. Norton St has everything you need, and plenty of Public Transport options.

Room was dirty sheets had hairs on them. Towels were torn. Manager thought it was clean and said I could leave with no refund if not happy.Slept on top of sheets. Went to shop to buy cup to make a coffee.STAY ELSEWHERE DISGUSTED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Expectations were not high as hotel is relatively cheap and the old adage you get what you pay for rings true. Room was relatively clean but not inviting at all. Shower was adequate and reception staff was quite surly on arrival. Although not far from Norton street Leichardt, the immediate area being virtually on Parramatta Road is not great. Pretty cheap so dont expect much

Stayed there 2 times in 3 days. Unit 213 not so good, air con couldn't warm the room properly, tv didn't show free to air channels, towels had holes in them. Unit 112 much better, slightly bigger, air con & tv worked, towels thin but no holes, however shower head in both units not great. Location is brilliant and price is good.

Very poor customer service from reception. Condescending and abrupt manner from check in to check out. Definetly would not recommend to any people who ask! How about some training in manners and customer service?!

The room was clean and neat, just a little old and lacking a few things, like a place to hang your bath towel. There was hardly ever anyone at the reception desk, but someone did come when using the bell at the front door upon arrival. Unfortunately, they were not very friendly or welcoming though.
