Not how it looks in the photos. My room was dirty. Gum on the floor, crunched noodles, noisy both from the street and the hot water service in the next room.

I emailed back and forth with the property in advance to ensure there was an appropriate room on the ground floor very close to the entrance because I was checking in directly from hospital after having knee surgery. I explained that I couldn't walk at all. In all of those discussions the staff did not mention that there is no off street entrance to the hotel and literally nowhere even to pull over. The hotel is on an incredibly busy intersection and the only place to pull over is 1 block away or to mount the kerb and drive up onto the footpath a bit past the entrance. By the time I managed to get into the hotel I was near hysterical with the pain. This is an important detail that should have been shared by the hotel considering I was emailing about access.

I arrived as a late arrival. The property was supposed to send me entry codes for this purpose. They did not. When I inquired next day, they then sent the codes. They then produced a PNG file which they claimed to be a time stamped message. This looked nothing like a time stamped email. They would not refund my money. Wotif were useless.

Very noisy rooms, can hear people on their toilet from your bed in graphic detail. People tried to enter our room at 11pm. Not bade for the price and staff were friends but deffinately has its quirks.

Smooth process. Unassuming is how I saw this place described, and that’s about right. Everything I needed for a quick stop before an early morning flight. A little bit of maintenance wouldn’t go astray though, my shower head dripped and a louvre was missing from the window shade. Otherwise very clean
