We had a great stay. Staff went above and beyond to help by, letting us leave bags until check in. Helping us break open our suitcase when the lock became jammed. So a big thank you. Will definitely stay again.

The property is old and tired. The walls and skirting boards are marked and stained. The blinds are damaged. The bathroom smells of sewerage. There are bugs in the bathroom. The shower curtain is dirty and mouldy. There was a German cockroach on the table. It's gross

Good location and nice staff.

The location very close to the train station, Westfield and lots of shops and restaurants are around 5mins walk. The reception staff are nice and helpful. The room has all equipment and wash machine, but the bathroom and kitchen was not very clean and needs to improve. Very strong curry smell in the building and didn’t have room service during the time.

Don’t stay here. The springs on the bed had gone, making the mattress sag. Grubby walls, holes in the doors. Not worth rhe price. The only good thing was the location

Overall apartment needs a big refresh. Bathroom tired and fittings falling from wall. Bed terrible. The car park is a challenge to access as intercom not working. The reception was difficult to find from car park as no signs.
