My stay was fabulous! The lovely lady at the front desk was so kind and cheerful when greeting me! My room was changed to an accessible room, but also received a free room upgrade due to this! I mentioned I was visiting for my birthday at check-in, and the lady had chocolate cake sent to my room with a birthday greeting. Breakfast buffet had so many options and was very tasty! Losing one star because the pillows had some sort of smoky smell, mentioned this to the front desk upon check out. Overall a really great stay!! Would recommend to anyone!

This relatively inexpensive hotel at the southern end of the city was a pleasant surprise. The area has significantly gentrified since I was a student at UTS in the late 1970s. The hotel itself is modern and well presented. The nearby Spice Alley is definitely worth a visit for a huge variety of inexpensive Asian cuisine.

It had improved 10 times over and we were extremely happy with our stay and congratulate and thank everyone from the cleaning staff to the top. The only issue is the tv reception regarding getting streaming services. We had someone come to our room 3 times over our stay but the difficulty could not be resolved
