The service and staff are top notch to ensure you have an exceptional stay and experience. Very personable and an accommodating. The room and amenities were amazing with incredible views, and definitely worth the extra with access to the lounge 32. Lorenzo and staff very attentive. My cruise had a delayed embarkation and they accommodated a late check out and allowed me to stay in lounge until 4pm, and offered to walk part way to cruise terminal to assist with my bags!! As a solo traveler it can be a little awkward or anxiety provoking but they were so warm and welcoming. I will definitely be back!!!

The room and location are great but our experience was not very good as we requested early check in at 11am, been told that they would inform us when room were ready and free. However, it had not never been happened even after 4pm at reception. Secondly, we didn’t realise there were no tooth brushes or toothpaste otherwise we would bring our own. The shower gel and hand wash were not enough for us until we called the room services to fill. They might be busy and full but the basic services need meet requirements for the stars of hotel at least. Hopefully they would improve in the future for other guests!

Room was great! Big and spacious. It was clean too. The only downside was the food. Expensive for the portion and everytime I received hot food it was an average temperature. Should be a higher standard for the price you pay for it.

I have stayed at beautiful hotels before but never at a Four Seasons. The Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney was beautiful! All the staff members were super nice, helpful and polite. It was my first time staying at a Four Seasons Hotel. So my expectations were high. Check in was nice, with very friendly staff. The room looked nice until I went to the bathroom. The floor seemed not cleaned as there were hairs and a plastic piece on the floor. Shocking. So went back to the reception were the friendly lady helped immediately and gave me a new room. This time all was great, and I really liked the room. It's cool that the room had a separate bathtub and shower. Housekeeping is great and it's always a pleasure to come back into a fresh made room. I liked the Bose Bluetooth speaker, the Nespresso machine and the fresh milk. Often, hotels only have creamer but here they had a small milk pack. Also, the location of the hotel is perfect. Super central and many coffee and dinner options in the area. Overall I am happy with the stay. Without the initial issue with the room it would have been a TOP stay.

Came for one night only. Got a room with full harbor view which was spectacular. Love how close this hotel is to Circular Quay, George St shops, the Rocks and the opera house. Best oysters ever at the restaurant. Thanks, if I'm ever back would definitely stay again.
