Great Hotel.
This was a fantastic hotel and perfect for our family. There was a great welcome gift waiting for us and they even had toys for our youngest. really happy with our room as well. It was spacious and had a great view of the Sydney Opera House. The location is perfect too. Really close to Circular Quay and the Opera House.

The perfect place to stay if you’re planning a trip to Sydney. Walking distance to trains, trams and water taxis. The Harbour bridge and Oprah house is only a stones throw away. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are amazing. Will definitely be coming back and staying at Four Seasons Hotel.

not as good as typical four seasons
Four seasons Sydney is not as good as typical Four seasons hotels in other places. Check in experience was pretty bad as the front desk never smile when I arrived. Front desk lady was not even looked at my request to check if I can get a double beds, rather than king. She was ice cold and very unfriendly. Room was ok, but it had only one sink, which was pretty uncomfortable. cleaning service was not consistent as the daily amenities kept missing here and there. Room layout is kind of weird. Obviously it is not recommendable.

Beautiful property with a great location and amazing views of the Harbour. The rooms are well designed with comfortable window seats that allow you to enjoy the amazing views. The staff is genuinely kind, caring and helpful. Facilities are immaculate and well maintained. The pool on the 3rd floor of the rooftop is smartly designed for swimming laps and playing in the pool. Hotel gym and spa facilities are also top notch. We loved everything about our stay at this property.
