Staying here was overall, a very pleasurable experience. The staff went beyond expectations in making us feel welcome and helping us in a difficult situation. I cannot thank them enough for all they did.

Beautifully quiet & peaceful

The toilet seaf didnt sit properly There was a crack of light between the front door & doorframe, which let in a lot of cold air The shutters on the window let way too much light in, during the night, from the two lights outside. I woke up constantly, thinking it was morning. Well, it was, 1.30am. Had to keep a check on the time, every time it woke me up Otherwise, it was brilliant

The gateway nepean shores is a wonderful place to stay for any length of time. The cabin was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff in the office were amazing and very friendly. Would always stay here when visiting this area .

Great to find a cupboard in our studio room, would be even better if there was a coat hanger in there! Very basic but clean except for the carpet full of stains. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
