When we came in we weren’t greeted nicely, and even though the booking said 2 single beds they weren’t yet split and told we have to wait the next day. And wasn’t made clear that the the bathroom was to share.
The manager was too rude when I requested for room service. During the check in time they staff promised that room service was provided everyday at 10 AM. However, they never arrived during our 3 days stay. Just before our check out evening I requested again and the manager told me that he would sort out the issue within 10 mos, however that 10 mins were never …… They do not deserve 1 star
The cleanliness was very good, the cleaner came every day. The room was fine but the bathroom in certains were not as pictured. The water pressure in shower was very bad. Also the area is quite noisy with cars making it hard to sleep. Also the curtains werent great also making it hard to sleep well.Close to airport however no nearby cafes or restaurants worth going to.

Positives: Staff were very nice and helpful on arrival. Bed was comfy and clean. Shower was nice and hot. Good tv. Free wifi was great. Negatives: Shower curtain was mouldy and shower floor not clean. Doors banging loudly from other guests during the night. Overall pretty average, but not horrible.
I arrived rather weary, and was welcomed and supported to become more comfortable after I found I couldn't work the TV (user error). The staff were generous and kind! And went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed to be comfortable.The bed was soooooooo very comfortable and cozy on a cold Sydney evening.
The location is convienent. For those who like to party this hotel is for you because it has its own bar downstair. But for those who want peace and quiet then look for another hotel becuase we can't hardly sleep. There's too much noise from people coming in and out the hotel banging the entrace door til 4 in the morning. Talking loudly while walking towards their room. It's like you are staying in a flat with noisy neighbor. In addition, there's too much insect in our room. We even brought back a cockroache in NZ.
Was a good experience for the price didnt helpnthat i didnt know much about sydeny tho the area is full on easstern country people and the area cateers to them not much choose of food around unless yiu like eastern food they had a 2 week feetival going in while i was there parking was a pain there is meant to be parking behind the hotel free for giest but the peolle in the area would take then up hours at a time but iverqll was good for the price but probally wouldnt go back
Definitely don't stay for multiple nights. There are rats in the ceiling. Random people crowd out the front of the door you have to go through to get in and out at night and they're often drunk and aggressive. My room had dirty tissues and you cannot open the window. The fire alarm was pulled off the ceiling. The bathroom is so gross, both toilets are broken, one constantly runs with water and the other door doesn't lock.
Our room absolutely stunk of cigarettes, even though the room says no smoking, I would’ve thought when the cleaners were in there they’d put an air freshener in there. Our clothes now reek of the smell. Also the doors of all the rooms squeak so being woken 20 times during the sleep wasn’t great, perhaps fix the squeakiness
