I loved that it was easily walkable to Royal north shore hospital, older property but clean, tidy and a very comfortable bed. breakfast hit the spot too. I had to extend my stay and it was not a problem. Friendly reception lady and staff . could not fault

The rooms are tidy, the bed is very hard. The aircon unit was in the window and was very noisy, you couldnt sleep with it on It was a very cold night and there were no extra blankets meaning I was cold all night. I wouldn't stay again for these reasons.

The bedroom bathroom had not been cleaned thoroughly in a long time, only the basics had been looked after. There was a draft coming into the room from the air vent straight onto the bed, but despite that the room was so stuffy we woke up with headaches every morning.

Nice Location in North Shore.
Great stay at the Greenwich Hotel. Room was very quiet and priced very well. Would stay again especially if needed to be near North Shore Hospital.

No lift, difficult to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs. Room wasn’t very clean, surfaces had mug stains, chair was thick with dust, overpowering smell of plug in air freshener. Room contained microwave, kettle and fridge, fridge dripped constantly and made funny noises. Location was fine. Staff were friendly and polite. Would not return.

Front desk staff waited for us to check in and that was really appreciative. I noted that the door closure to the suites could do with loosening to allow the door to lock after hours- security for tenants inside. The room was tired- dusty bathroom fan and no screen in bathroom, the shower kept dripping all night and didn’t sleep too well- found battery flat in remote for aircon and potentially gash washers would be useful for shower use. I noted there were insufficient juice glasses for breakfast and was told that was all management allowed. There were only 3 selections for cereals and only 2 juices- apples were soft and not so nice to eat.

Good value for a clean safe place to stay close to train station. It had adequate parking for a sub compact and breakfast was adequate. They only provided one set of towels for 5 days with no cleaning of room. But overall a good stay.

Dont bother staying here. Its a dump! Room was old & carpet dirty & stained. Very noisy from highway traffic. Definitely not soundproof. Aircondioner old & noisy. Had ro leave on all night as too warm. At least it muffled the traffic noise. Bathroom very small, tiny basin & no room for toiletries. Tv didn't work properly & no internet connection. And no instructions. Tv leg was broken & held up by rolled up toilet paper. Basic tea making. No biscuits. No microwave. No tissues. Overall was pretty awful.
