Great experience overall and deserves the 5 stars. Only downfalls were the inability to swipe your card from the drivers seat to get into the garage and the loud, intermittent buzzing from the bar fridge in the room (310). It also would’ve been nice to have been advised that the spa cannot be used after 7pm. No secure key return. It wouldn’t be too hard for someone to retrieve the keycards from underneath the reception counter shutter.

Loved this hotel! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The building was fresh and clean, private and also communal. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Sydney. Everywhere is just a bus ride away, trains too. Malls are everywhere and the walking areas are close together.

The property was stunning and very comfortable It only took me ten minutes to the function in Lilyfield on the Saturday night Travelling from the Blue mountains was an easy commute. Staff need some customer service training but I will stay here again

It was an absolutely fantastic stay. Everything was brand new and clean. The only issue we had was the ramp to the parking garage being slightly too steep, but that was only a minor inconvenience to an otherwise perfect stay.

Great location
This is the first time I have stayed at this Hotel, I found the location great, meticulously clean, I didn’t expect breakfast to be included, nice surprise. I felt incredibly safe, staff on all areas are amazing, The only issue I had was no phone or internet service, I mentioned this to reception, I’m sure will be addressed.
